• To become a Grand Highlands Signature Communities Preferred Broker simply click here to access our on-line registration form. Complete the form, click submit and you will receive an e-mail with details on how to access your Broker Toolbox.
• The Broker Toolbox will include a variety of co-operative marketing programs, newsletters, press releases, business letters and e-mail templates. Select a letter or e-mail template to send to your customers, or customize it to fit your customer's specific needs and interests.
• Once you are registered, put the Broker Toolbox to work for you. When your customers receive your e-mail message they will be asked to click on a link to register online to receive additional information from Grand Highlands Signature Communities. Once registered and confirmed by a Grand Highlands representative, your customers are directly associated with you (refer to the policy stated in #4 of the Preferred Broker Registration Referral Form). Your customer will receive a complete Grand Highlands Signature Communities overview and you will receive notification that your customers have successfully registered online.
• If at any point within 18 months from registration confirmation, your prospect purchases any real estate from Summerset, Inc.  you will receive your commission in accordance with the last published referring broker commission agreement.
